REMZ represents a steady increasing market share in the aggressive market. They often introduce innovations. The original basic concept has not changed a lot.REMZ Skates are very individual – whether you like it or not. Until 2007 REMZ only produced the "normal" REMZ skates. (Freedom-of-feet Concept!) In spring 2007 REMZ presented an all new concept. The REMZ „Open-Shell“ Concept.

The shell itself didn't change. Only the skin was leaved out. Without the skin the skate looks more thinner. Through the velcro straps the ankle support is guaranteed. Because of the reduction of the lace-system and the skin the weight is much lighter. The current REMZ OS (OS= „Open Shell“) will be delivered with REMZ V-Cut Cuff and JUG V-Cut Liner, which makes it easier to log on Topside-Grinds. The JUG Liner are well-padded and offer a very good comfort.

All REMZ skates will be delivered with One-Piece Soulframe. The soulframe submits a better grind feeling than the soulwings.
